Wet n Wild Megaslicks Lip Gloss in Bronze Berry, Review & Swatch

Lip Gloss is really "something" for me. Beside of blush of course.. Lip gloss gives you more natural, fresher look and doesn't has strange taste like most of lipstick do. It's also being easy to reapply (no mirror needed!), non drying and fool proof! yay!

Today i'd share about Wet n Wild Megaslick Lip Gloss in Bronze Berry (could be purchase through wet n wild indonesia's site or zalora's) which is.. wonderful. Actually, i don't like it THAT much at first, because it's kinda different with another lip gloss i have, but then i realize this is (again), wonderful.

First, about packaging. It's looks like pen, very simple. Nothing really special here, but the simplier the packaging, the more travel friendly it is.

The bottom part has made by clear, sturdy plastic, means you can see the real color clearly.

The top part is made from something aluminium like and has sticker of product description (what is it, the shade, weight, self life, where it was made and barcode).

I can't find any ingredient list there (and i know it has no space to write all the ingredients on a lip gloss).

The applicator is in doe-foot shape. Very familiar and easy to use.

Bronze Berry is medium rose bronze which looks very lovely on me *grin*. I can see some shimmer there, but in right amount of size.

As you can see through my swatch, it's incredibly pigmented. I can't even sheerer it to show you how the color would goes.. Crazy eh?

But again, if you have light to medium skin with warm undertone, it would definately flattering on you. Even if you have darken lips. It's THAT good, i tell you.

I have a naturally pink lips, but nothing to worry, bronze berry get it all right. No dryness shown there, and even it made me think that it's moisturizing. My dryness spot feels better after an hour of use, and i dont even wearing lip balm.

It has a mediumly sweet sugar scent, but gone in several minutes. It's not annoying thought. I know some that has really annoying scent. With a 69,000 idr price tag (exclude shipping, free shipping over 300,000 purchase here), it's definately a steal. I'd love to repurchase if i could ever finish this one, LOL.

Simple Way to Get Your Silent Treatment

I can't believe it's December already! And New Year will coming very soon OMG ..

Don't you need a little silent treatment to prepare for new year?

Wet n Wild (WnW) well know for their eye shadow palettes (even i found their blush, Mellow Wine is outstanding either - review here) and luckily, WnW has sent this Silent Treatment for me to review about it.

As another WnW's product, this palette just came alone without box, and has a clear closure which allow you to see what's inside easily. However, as i said before, i dont think i'd still love it when i hit one or more shade's pan. Disgusting >.<"

Silent Treatment has a neutral shades, a lil bit leans to cool side but it works okay for me. 

Since WnW named their shades by where they mean to be on your eyes, they give an explanation behind, just in case you're not sure which one is browbone, crease and eyelid (i found some girls asking in beauty thread where crease is). No offense yaaaa ;)

WnW provided 2 brushes : one angled brush and one sponge brush. I dont like sponge brush, but will use it in extra ordinary situation ^^

both are embossed with WnW's logo, like brush in their blush.

I swatch those colours using the angled brush, and that's their condition .. powdery, yes. But just acceptable compared to it's price (idr 89,000!). It's quite more expensive than our Sariayu or Caring Colours, but still affordable.

Silent Treatment's shades are so pigmented, therefore, primer doesn't make much change. But primer helps to make those shimmers subtle down and make them last longer :)

Browbone is like another browbone color ; not so pale white, and it's added with silver and gold shimmer.

Crease is neutral cool brown with shimmer. It's too dark to be my crease color thought. I use it as Eyelid color.

Eyelid is lilac-taupe with silvery shimmer. For me it's the prettiest shade, stunning!

But, as i am prefer to have less shimmer on my eyes, i always tap my brush before applying the powder. If you love shimmer shades, it's doesn't needed ;)

Wet n Wild Color Icon Blush in Mellow Wine, review & swatch

If you live in USA or Europe, you might already familiar with Wet n Wild. But Wet n Wild (aka WnW) is just opened in Indonesia in early November .. In case you're curious, there's a swatch of WnW color icon blush in Mellow Wine.

My first impression was surprise because it's HUGE (actually, it's 4g of product) and i can't help to choose it as the first one i opened from the kit**. Yeah you know how i love blush!

The good thing about clear packaging is you can easily see how pretty the insider is, especially if it's beautifully embossed like this one. But in another side, when the beautifullness faded, it's seems ugly from outside >.<"

Since WnW has just opened their store in Indonesia, i'm not surprise that their products are still labelled with wnwbeauty.eu instead of wetnwild.co.id

 And like another blushes, this blush will expired 12 months after opened. Kindly google for "how to sanitize your make up" so it can last longer :)

I think brush included is made from natural hair, but i dont really know. It pick up pigments quite well, but i will only use it for travelling.

it's small but angled, like the one from benefit hervana (will review it someday, OMG) but it's black and has Wet n Wild name embossed.

I've walk through WnW's website for USA, UK and Indonesia (of course) but i can't find any shade description. So, according to my own description, it's a pink dusty rose with sheen finish.

The first time i swatch it, i don't think i'd love it because it's look like "another pink blush", right? But it's different! I don't know, maybe because it's neutral toned, it's just give me a natural flush i hardly get from another pink blushes i own. I even think it would match any skintone!

As another greatness, it's also blendable and doesn't oxydize on me. The staying power is also great, it's stay about 9 hours on me, but in hot weather it would faded easier since i have a very oily skin. It's understand-able though.

Wet n Wild probably the very very very first nail polish i own. My Auntie who live in USA gave 2 wet n wild (WnW) nail polishes to me when i was in elementary. They're so lovely, and that time, i wish i could have more. But sadly, there's no WnW in indonesia :(

And now, as a grown up, i want more : palettes, blush, eye brow kit (they have wax inside!!), and lipsticks!!

This morning, as usual, i checked my email before leaving my bed, and i surprisingly find that WnW is officially opened in Indonesia - another great brand is here!
